#2, something about Your share in this vid, on the aina, iz the most beautiful, like fully aesthetically appealing I have ever seen You.
#3, just waz talking about My long feet tonight- Im 5'2" & Papa iz 6'2" & they are so close to the same size – I have alwayz wondered what all the advantagez are of long feet – climbing n hiking yea, but just noticed Yourz are lengthy too.. any insight into the notation?

Non-parent here :). I subscribed years ago before baby, but I still love your videos. I love that you simply share your authentic life and thoughts and the good and the bad. You're still you, and that's why I enjoy your content.

I have said it before but I’ll say it again, I relate to you so much I can’t even fully describe it. Simply put, I am also a first time mom and your videos lately have truly just been speaking so much peace to my heart! The fact that you are openly saying “I don’t know what I’m doing” I think is considered taboo to most women today. We feel like we have to put up a front that we know what we’re doing, and also if don’t we feel like people will come up and tell us what to do. Ah! Motherhood is such a huge learning experience. It’s so hard, the hardest thing I have ever and may ever do honestly. I’m so grateful to you!

I’m with you mama 🙋🏻‍♀️ first time mama here. Let me tell you, listening to your intuition is a lot harder when there is so much information available for mamas/parents. And I feel that a lot of it is just a money making industry taking advantage of first time, sleep deprived, desperate parents. Loved this video and your honesty ♥️Hey, where did you get your black crop/bra?! So cute!

New mom here at 3 months pregnant and I already feel like I have no clue what I’m doing. Morning sickness is the hardest thing to predict and people keep giving me suggestions but most aren’t working for me personally so I just do what works for me and hope it goes away

Hey – I've been following your channel for years and hearing you say "every new mom is a new mom" just clicks so well. I'm 3 days past my guess date with my first little one and feel as prepared as possible. But I know that I don't know what I'm doing!! You're such an inspiration; I adore and appreciate your raw honesty.

I’m one of those non mothers that still loves to watch your channel! I don’t want or plan to have children, but this is fascinating to me. Parenting is the most important work in any society and I’m glad people like you and Eric have taken the job.

Wow Hannah I am looking at your portions and variety of food and I am so so jealous 😭 I am 14 weeks pregnant right now and the only thing I can stand are oats and potatoes (and I am still puking sometimes and am nauseous). Enjoy all the food you can !!! 😅😍😍😍

It’s so interesting to me what your saying about becoming a new mother. I have two children and I remember having the exact same thoughts. Most of my friends don’t have children and they will never fully understand what I’m going through or have been through until they have their own. I can’t wait for the day that they call me with their first babies and I can support them in ways I needed 🥰

Hi Hannah, I think it's the first time I'm commenting on your channel🙂 I relate to what you've said. My oldest is 4.5 and I also have a 5 months old. I have no idea what I'm doing, I just learn as I go, the information online and in books is just too much and overwelming and I can't handle it. I also relate to what you said about Isabelle Paige, she's amazing, I'm 34 and I just now figuring things about my life that she figured up in her early twentees, I'm mean where have I been 10 years ago? But it's ok, we live different lives and everyone's jorney is different. I wish you all the best. Greetings from Israel.

What a relatable video! I totally understand about reading too much about motherhood and false confidence. I would though just say that Janet Lansbury has changed my outlook 💯 about how I perceive babies and children. Respect and treating them like humans that are individuals with their own identities is such a simple but overlooked concept. Every tantrum and in general interaction has changed once I started treated my child like an individual rather then someone that is incapable of doing much. The truth is they are capable of so much if we are patient and confident in their abilities.

Dont youtubers make decent to loads of money by having people watch their content? I noticed many youtubers quit their day job to do youtube fulltime after reaching around 100000-150000 subscribers. That's the US. In Europe youtubers often quit their day job after reaching just 40000-60000. Just an observation

At the very beginning I thought you were in a bathroom sitting in the tub 🛀🏽 lol 😂 took me a minute to realize that was frig handle behind you and not the bathtub tap/faucet! Love your videos Hannah. Can’t wait to find out about this secret project you’ve got cookin up. Love how you feed your baby such healthy whole foods. You’re starting him out right and doing everything perfect for you and your family. And yes, I felt the same way when I became a mother 21 years ago. You can literally feel like you’re not qualified and how does everyone else know exactly what to do and when. But in time, you do figure what what’s best for you and your baby and in the meantime just give yourself grace and know you got this. Cuz you do! 🥰🙌🤜🤛👍

I’m a new mom to a 5-month old and I totally relate. I’m glad I have some books to turn to when I do have mothering questions, but it’s funny when it feels like I’ve got this, I think “But what if I’m missing something? I need to crack open those books!” When really, if things are going well, I should just keep trucking and not worry 😊

I got to a point with books that All the information was too much! It kind of took me out of my intuitive brain into my logical brain and logical doesn’t work with kids that can’t process logic yet lol. It’s nice to hear you say that there’s too many books and it’s ok to follow my intuition only. No ones really said that in my life.

Naps pffft, my kids both dropped to one nap a day at 6 months and stopped altogether when they were about 1. Granted that guaranteed that they were tired for an early bedtime, but it would have been nice to have some quiet time during the day 😉

Why are there so many books out there on how to raise your kid? To make money making you feel inadequate. I don't remember worrying about nap time and such. They will let you know when they are tired. Mine would sleep on the floor on a blanket, for example. I never had a back carrier or a front carrier. I think it turns their bones a funny way. I know I wouldn't like to my legs hanging from my pelvis, with no place to rest them. Just go by instinct, and baby will be fine. All your food looks amazing. Thanks for taking us along. Eric did a great job on the spruce up. Nice to have a great partner.

My youngest is 18. I'm here to tell you that I never knew what I was doing. I never felt like I "had it together" or whatever. I've been flying by the seat of my pants the whole time. You do what works for you and that's it.

I'm not a mom but I think your talk about following your intuition (as a mom) is very relatable. I have 10 little nieces and nephews and hope to be a mother some day, so thanks for sharing your thoughts and being so open! Also, I have Isabel's ecookbook too and now I have to try her cinnamon rolls recipe!

    Never read a baby book!
Team “winging it!” over here 👈🏼 lol
I’ve always felt that my kids weren’t like the other babies, and of course they’re not! They’re so unique just like every baby out there, that’s why we have that “mother’s intuition”, our inner voice that tells us what’s the best thing to do. We know our babies the best. No comparisons should ever be made, although that’s hard to do in the age of social media and the rise of mommy bloggers.
This was a great video, thank you! ❤️
