Honestly I would season that burger with onion powder like how you'd do for a chopped cheese
On the burger. That show specifically is sort of meant to be for home cooks, the just cooking for the family I don't want to put much effort type. Katie also tends to make healthier stuff like salads and vegan meals. I find all of her meat dishes lacking. The stuff on the show as well I think is stuff they cook at home sometimes.
