    I have had stomach issues for a few days. Talked to my daughter and found out my grandson also had diarrhea. I would have never thought it was a bug if he hadn’t had it too. I was relieved, since I spend the last three days trying to figure out where I went wrong eating that day.

    I cook these ribs at high on the Bar-B-Q for a shot time and dive in enjoying all the fats running down my chin. I get the runs when I do these feasts after a fast period. So I just adjust my fasting ends to be with a my schedule. Never give it much thought but think of it a a purge day using animal based foods. Oh, I am not a fancy life man and just enjoy feasting on my fatty meats but I do only eat OMAD with longer fasts when I am having a bloated day!

    Have you tried deworming? These are symptoms of parasites or infection. Try drinking ginger root tea on a empty stomach and check stools for light colored or discolor ed striations…sorry you feel so bad at the moment praying you are doing better and finding the origin of sickness/aversion.

    I eat short ribs once a week and sometimes if I eat too much or is not cooked enough I don't feel so good. I cook it at 320 F for 1.5 hrs in beef stock. But before I put it in the oven I sear it first.

    I can't believe Americans don't know of "egg pudding" essentially just steamed egg. It's sooooo common in Asian cooking. It's in every Asian cuisine in one form or another; Japanese, Korean, Chinese, etc etc

    U have to Eat nose to tail. When u only eat muscle meats. It creates imbalance of amino acids in the body. So many YouTubers advocating muscle meat diet but they stop after few years. Bone broth soups, organ meats, trip are a must
