    Instant pot short ribs and the bones fall out 🙂 
    I do miss my Hawaiin Azeka short ribs any old time Maui folks know the original place 🙂

    I did a lot of steak and do feel better just tough right now to afford 🙂 hahahaha but still do as much as I can and trying some grass finished ground this time and some eggs 
    Going to try to balance my OMAD 1 lb of ground one day then fill up on rib eye next and see how that goes 

    I tried some various roast type cuts and they do not satiate the same ? So rather just do ground on those instead
    The flap meat does me good though but have to ad some butter

    But yeah rib eyes do for me make the complete meal deal 🙂

    May goal is to also continue with beef only. Also, like you Bella, dropped the ground beef and am eating steaks only. Drink bone broth. Nothing else. Goal is beef only through July then labs for yearly physical-compare then to last year which was more Keto. Trying to see if diet has an impact on my alk phos and liver enzymes since I have PBC. Wanting to see how much impact diet has on this disease. Find the steaks much more satisfying.

    So impressed with your results! I have got to try this! Still trying to figure out what caused the difference between ground beef and ribeye. Someone commented that perhaps the huge difference could be due to the ground beef being cooked and you eat your steaks rare. I have read that raw meat is digested much more completely than cooked meat. If this is true, than maybe the extra nutrients make the difference. Also, perhaps it is replacing the butter with animal fat on the steaks. I am VERY interested in finding out as after calculating the cost of 2 lbs of ribeye a day x 30 days @ $12/lb=$720!!! If eating raw ground beef ( @cost $162/month (@ $2.70/lb) gave same effects for a savings of $558!!! Plus the raw ground beef would contain the fat as well.

    Nothing but beef? I AM a meat eater BUTT don't almost all health experts say that you need at least some vegetables and fruit in your diet? I know that humans don't necessarily need grains BUTT… YOU are an extremist and extremism almost always turns out badly eventually.

    Hi Bella, I went all beef a while back and had a lot of problems. My depression and anxiety came back and was at an all-time high, I was crying all the time and I was constantly hungry, I was eating up to four ribeye steaks a day and still hungry… I don’t know what I may have been doing wrong but I just remember that all beef did not go well for me, I had a lot of leg cramps as well. Since I added back in butter and eggs and all the proper supplements I am feeling a lot better now. I wonder what was different for me… Because I remember a couple of years ago I was eating a lot of fatty beef and Fadi lamb and I got really lean and was feeling all the amazing results that you are feeling now but going all beef last year was a nightmare. I’m stumped

    Great!
    My only [non-professional] suggestion is to add a bit of organ meat, like liver. You don't even need to eat that much of it.
    Oddly enough, organ meat is actually pretty cheap, if you can find the right kind of store that sells it.

    Congratulations on reaching your goal. I really appreciate the updates on how you feel and think as you went through the beginning stages to the end. I am impressed that you are able to adjust the process as you learned how your body reacted, like eliminating ground beef. I wonder if you ground your own meat if your body would still react differently because you don't know what grade of meat the store uses to make their ground beef. I am curious if you ever get cravings for any other foods and if so, how you deal with it.

    I'm wondering why that wagyu made you so sick when your body was already used to eating high fat and big portions like sticks of butter and why you aren't afraid to eat those 2 trays of very fatty ribs. You are very inspiring though!

    Steak over ground beef, definitely. Ground beef has a much simpler matrix. It doesn't have anywhere near the same satiation as whole cuts of meat do. The body digests it much faster.

    Love coffee BUT after a few days it gets to me. Slight headaches and moods. I’ve found the REAL me is there after a few days without it. More even keeled.

    I would definitely say be careful with a cooked beef-only diet for an extended period of time. It has nearly killed people. Heme-Iron overload in the liver is also a real thing.

    Im on day 7 of my carnivore life. Best benifit so far is sleep. My insomia is improving so much. Being able to sleep through the night makes me so calm and relaxed

    I discovered the same. I started eating beef only in january 21 after around 7 months of eating carnivore before. It's unbelievable, how the mood and energy changed on eating just beef. Thanks for that awesome sum up and beautiful video. It's so inspiring to see you grow and to see how amazing you feel on this way of eating.
