how can a 30 minute cook time with no lid be a slow cooker recipe?
For the love of god why add lemon juice. Just ruined a whole slow cooker of 15 bean soup. Please do not add lemon, tasted like eating metal.
Love the video but what happened to the ham between the end of cooking time and before adding the lemon and tomato? Did it distribute itself or did you have to manipulate it mechanically yourself after cooking? Would like to see that part included in the vid….thanks!
recipe on the hurst website does not say to cook uncovered for the final half hour, just cook an aditional 30 min…why do you cook it uncovered?
