Broth is more watery made from meat or vegetable substitute. Stock is thicker has a homemade taste mainly from bone marrow. I choose the lazy way and always keep better than bullion jars handy. Tons more flavor comes in a paste easy to dissolve. I always de-bone and let the meet cook down. I use pickled pepperchini peppers gives it a tangy taste to cover up any game flavor.
