    Just wanted to say that your advice to go through my daily diet and figure out which food are making me hungrier. So These past two weeks I took it upon myself to have breakfast at the same time before work with different ingredients each day. My options being
    1. overnight oats with about a tsp of honey
    And the second being
    2. Two eggs made with a tsp of earth balance butter.
    Both of them coming out to about 150 calories

    I really do think that starting out the day with anything sweet or starchy really sets me up to crash/have much stronger cravings by lunch time.
    Not a scientific study by any means but it’s just what works for me.
    I know this was extremely long, but I really wanted to thank you.

    I'm 6'2 ,270lbs
    Right after college I was 225, 240 at my heaviest. But slowly but surely put on pounds because I'm not as active since I'm not in band and walking from place to place on campus.
