lilsipper on Instagram uses straight out nut butter and blends it with water to make nut milk 🙂 The Joi thing seems smoother than regular almond butter but it's way more expensive hehe..a Vitamix should be fine to blend! (I want one so desperately now)

Those potstickers are my favorite!! The brand nasoya is now making egg roll wrappers and wonton wrappers vegan! If you ever wanna experiment with making some vegan egg rolls! I just use dry slaw mix and thin strips of tofu sautéed and put it in the wrapper brush it with Olive oil and air fry them! They freeze well. It makes a lot!

I like to put the broccoli slaw in a sandwich. Get a really good hearty whole grain bread, spread some hummus, put on some thinly sliced radishes, 2 slices of tomato, some broccoli slaw, cover with other slice of bread and slice in half. Guacamole also works well instead of hummus too!! 😊😊

Chef AJ always raves about the #cruciferous crunch at Trader Joes. Trader Joe's too far from my house and when I do go I find it cramped, crowded and stressful, even before Covid. Haven't been since the pandemic started.

Check out Chef AJ’s recipe for kale, artichoke, and sun dried tomatoes together in a slower cooker. It’s so good with flavored balsamic vinegar on top

Nice haul! I definitely miss TJs!! Regarding that Joi, since it’s just almonds, wouldn’t it be cheaper to just try making almond milk with almond butter (or even almonds)? The Joi almond base (not even the organic one) says it only makes 7 quarts (not half gallons like I typically buy) for $19.99. That’s pricey!
