    Shannon this haul came round quick went to b and m to stock up on snacks not happy didn't have much to choose from no teddy biscuits no boxes of skinny whips that i like 👿 did get the girl scarecrow and yes made sure was intact 😂😂😂 no big ones on stick absolutely useless this month 😱 gonks are ment to go in plant pots outside 😑 time is flying by 🙈 love and hugs sweetheart 💞💞

    Thank Shannon. A great breakfast or snack to help the 11AM crash is overnight oats. Lots of recipes on YouTube. You make them up the night before in a small Mason jar, you can eat them all for breakfast or just a few spoonfuls at 11am they really help,they're delicious and good for you to fill up on instead if cereal bars etc. This is my recipe. One small cup of porridge oats, one small cup milk or water, one teaspoon of chia seeds, small strawberry yogurt or plain yogurt, mashed strawberries, mix and leave overnight. Chia seeds are optional they bulk up the porridge and are good fibre source. I also use 0lain yogurt and a tablespoon of cocoa powder for a chocolate oat. Lots of variations but delicious and because they are in a jar they can be taken to the work,gym etc, they can be kept for 24 hours too. I lost nearly a stone in two months by eating overnight oats and not eating cereal bars etc.💚💚

    You make me laugh x I have my breakfast at 5 am and lunch at 11 even at the weekend my tummy tells me it’s lunch time at 11 😂 can you tell me how many calories in the mayflower noodles please ?

    Hi Shannon, I'm diabetic and I use Canderel Sugarly in my tea and on cereal. It's no calories, no fat and no carbs but tastes and is granulated just like sugar. I can not taste the difference. You just need half the amount in tea so if you take 2 sugars just use one of sugarly xx
