I've not tried it but I saw someone make 3 ingredient Cheese Scones the other day and it used Self Raising Flour, Greek Yogurt and Cheese. The looked delicious but I don't remember who it was. Aldi gets me every time I could definitely save money shopping at Aldi if I could behave but I can't so I avoid it unless I need coffee pods for my machine.

Love your videos, I normally don’t comment but wanted to share my recipe as I make cheese scones all the time! Here’s my recipe ->
    *140g butter
    *400g self raising flour
    *1 teaspoon baking powder
*150 grated cheese – I used extra Mature cheddar & a little more for popping on top
*1 egg, plus milk to make 250ml fluid

    Method:
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees*
Put butter, flour, baking powder into a bowl and rub in till like breadcrumbs. Add cheese and mix through, then add egg and milk mixture and combine.
Turn the dough out onto floured surface and flattern to 5cm thick, cut out scones (this mixture makes roughly 10). Brush the top with a little milk and sprinkle some extra cheese.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, check them at 15.

Best served warm from the oven with lashings of butter.
