Just purchased this model. So I am so glad you did this review. I am excited about the removable pot that can be used on the stove too. I purchased the IP Max, but has to return it due to not sealing correctly and leaking water all over my counter. Ugh It was a mess

I just watched this video and loved it. My son gave it to me for Christmas. He has one and recommended so highly. I am completely new to pressure cooking and this video helped a lot. I came online to look for recipes and came across this video. You all made me feel as though I was in the kitchen with you. Thank you so much for making this video. Next I will order your cookbook. I have also subscribed to your channel. Happy New Year!!!

Today only on Williams Sonoma – Duo Evo Plus is 89.95 for 6 qt and 99.95 for 8qt with Free shipping! I just ordered the 8 Quart! What started me looking at the 8 quart is for canning food prep to have a burner off stove, but I think it will be great for slow cooking and all the other functions!!!!!!! It is only the two of us and I love the 3 quart but find my self doing batch cooking still for the freezer and canning. Hopefully people will see this to be able to take advantage of the great deal!

I just bought the Duo Evo Plus this weekend and I am cooking beef back ribs with it for the first time tonight. I am excited to start cooking more things with it and learn as I go. Thank you for your informative video.

If you read the manual it says do NOT move the instant pot when it is cooking. So you shouldn't jostle it to break up an "oil bubble" as you recommended.

Although the new Duo Evo Plus has a 'bake' button, even Instant Pot's website doesn't mention anything about it. Your video was the very first mention of it, and did let me know that I could use it dry. I don't know where you found any information about using it this way. That was the reason I bought it, only to find out there was NO information in the manual OR online about it. I would really like to be able to bake biscuits with it so I didn't have to heat up a big oven. I still will use my old pressure cooker for some things (faster). Thank you for at least mentioning the Bake feature a little.

Hi ladies, I just want to point out there is a little black arrow sticking out on the middle rim. It's the new open/close indicator to prompt people where to place the lid for closing.
