    Hey Janet to stay consistent I made myself a challenge on Instagram where I invite other like minded people in so we can motivate each other on 75 days of exercise among other things. I enjoyed the workouts shared and I’m glad you got a membership back at the gym. Can’t wait to see more content from F-45 Gym sounds amazing 🤩

    I am debating finding a gym or go to a special gym. I had 9round boxing but the gym I was at closed. I had 24 hr for the longest. the panni hit them hard the one closer to me closed. I do need the group energy at times. I miss the classes. it helps when I am not motivated to workout on my own.
