    I know this video is a bit older but I figured I would comment this anyway. When starting on the GAPS diet, you are suppose to have meat stock not bone broth. Bone broth comes later after you have healed your gut.

    Thanks to you I’m starting this diet next week, I would start it this week but I don’t have sauerkraut yet I just made it. I have some questions, you said you were on this diet while nursing how about if you need enema can you do it while nursing I heard parasites go crazy from enema.
    I’ve read what we are to eat in introduction diet but did not understand if we can eat organ meats, or it’s allowed in regular gaps diet only? There are recipes of fermented fish but it says it needs to be very fresh, did you eat fresh fish where you live, I also live in Missouri. Fresh herrings or macketel anywhere in Missouri? Thanks, I might have more questions later

    I am 66 years old and I clearly remember my mother buying bones in order to make soups. And then they wouldn't discard the bones they would take the marrow out of them and eat it and every bit of meat on the bones to incorporate into the soup
