Even though this was made 3 years ago this video SAVED MY LIFE this year for My New Years Eve party..ok so I cooked 3 large pork shoulder roast in the oven..Well my meat thermometer gave out on me earlier in the year and i forgot to get another one in time for this meal. I knew these had to cook for at least 4-5 hours..Well I put them on rather late and went to bed..When i took them out of the oven I could tell they had gone too long. The meat was tender and with flavor but drIer than i wanted. So I did exactly what you said, in a separate pot i put chicken stock, onions, mojo and a little sour orange & cooking wine and a small amount of corn starch. I let that simmer then poured that over the pork roast that i sliced up in the pan..and OH MY GOODNESS..IT WAS A HIT!! I got rave reviews over my pork that I had to do damage control on!! THANK YOU!!
