    Something that has really helped me relax is that I stopped watching the news. Another thing is getting away from people who have stabbed me in the back. You can forgive people for sure, but you don’t have to be their best buddy either.

    Omg this really made me relax thank you Dr. Berg keep the videos coming. Especially the stress ones. How do clear your mind if your in the middle of stressful situation. My kids just got over covid and now my husband has it. How can I stay well emotionally and physically?

    Please Please Doctor, I have been suffering from both Tinnitus and Hyperacusis for more than 3 years now.
    I have noticed recently that when I take a hot shower my Tinnitus and Hyperacusis decrees and the next day they increase.
    Could you please tell me how to get rid of both.
    Also I have from time to time dizziness and I have been suffering from neck pain since I was a child.

    The problem I have with all this is I have spasmodic torticollis and the more I try to relax neck and shoulder muscles the more spasms I get. There is no way to accomplish this for my body 😢 also my neck pulls backward and really interferes with falling asleep. If you concentrate on this it gets worse.
