Hot tip: I reheat my leftover pizza in my panini press on the ' melt' setting so the lid hovers over the top of the pizza rather than touching it. The result is crusty base and melted cheese!

Growing up without stove, oven, microwave, toaster… we cook and warm our food like the olden days, we used clay stove and wood or charcoal, food taste good… until now even with oven and electric, we have dirty kitchen at the side of our house we still cook food using clay stove…

Looks like we're on the same page. I been living without a microwave now for a few years, 5 years or longer. Ever since the microwave my dad gave me in college broke down, and eventually they all do, I threw it out and began using the same natural reheating mechanisms similar to that you are using in this video. On regular days I typically reheat full meals in my cast iron skillet. The taste is amazing "so fresh" in the cast iron for reheat versus the microwave plus microwave is a new technology and all those radioactive rays that help reheat the food very quickly in no time are very bad and unhealthy for us, do your research folks! And though we all live very fast-paced lives and are always on the go microwave is not in the healthiest or best way to reheat our food! On Shabbat days I use my crock pot that was gifted to me from my mom for reheating my food it works perfectly all I have to do is put the food in and put the button on warm it's wonderful and I do not have to kindle a fire by turning on the stove. 😄 Plus I can keep my food warm all day with no worries, I like reheating in a ceramic pot of the Crock-Pot too versus reheating in a microwave!!!!

Ha! I love not having a microwave! So my 3 kids know how to re-heat without it!!!
We re-heat scrambled eggs all the time on a skillet with a little EVOO though usually we prefer adding juicy homemade beans, onions & maybe bell peppers! Takes just a few minutes!!!
Then we make quesadillas or just warm up tortillas.
    **thanks for all the tips**

Thank you. I've been making a lot of your recipes to get ready for summer. Can you make some airfryer recipes?
Steaming the rice it also a good way to heat it up… That's how I would go about it. Or just use it in a stir fry.

Our apt came with a microwave but honestly I reheat most everything I can in my countertop convection oven.I use my crockpot to make fried rice 🙂 Microwaves are great really just for mug cakes and cup o' noodles.

One of the things I loved in the kitchen of the house we bought was that instead of an oven and a micro-wave there were two ovens🥰🥰🥰 a dream! don't miss the micro-wave at all and our induction stove is very fast too.

I also don’t like microwaves. To reheat food I use a Mini HotLogic. They’re wonderful. You can also cook food from scratch in them or cook frozen meals. They don’t cook instantly like a microwave, you have to plan ahead, but it will keep your food warm until you’re ready for it.
