    Thank you for also talking about how 75 minutes usually turns into 2 or 3 hours. That doesn't get mentioned enough by our YouTube Canning Queens & Gurus (my perspective, lol) and was a real surprise to me when I started canning. Time management challenges… 🙄 🤣

    Also, I only used filtered water for all aspects of canning. I'm on a well, in the high mineral, high desert Southwest, and the whole vinegar thing gets too futzy for me. I use my vinegar for lots of other things, just not canning, lol. Thanks again! 🙏🏼💕

    I didn’t think about it before Thanksgiving but I should have gotten a cheap turkey when I got my groceries. Others in the family ‘won’t’ eat it but I will. I’m sure if that’s all there was on the shelf they’d eat it for sure. I’ll be canning turkey by Christmas!
