I swear, my steel pressure cooker is faster than these Instant Pots. My Presto seems to reach pressure in about 6 minutes compared to these Instant Pots. Either way, pressuring is the way to go for great food.

Works as described.>>>ur2.pl/1035 I'll put Quinoa in the bottom with salmon and veggies on the steamer tray. I use the rice feature and within 6 minutes dinner is ready. U can literally throw everything in the pot and cook. You may have a learning curve while getting used to your own recipes and which function to use but it's pretty easy to figure out. It's also very easy to clean.

Vintage TIP to shorten the time using hot water from the faucet or other source.
    1. preheating the pot with the hot water,
    2. empty the pot,
    3. after emptying the pot, immediately pour hot water again,
    4. pressure cook!

Thank you for such a great video, voice or not, it's still great. I've been trying to figure out how to pressure cook beans in my Instant Pot so that they are still firm enough to use in a salad or combine in a recipe that is cooked further. From what I see, it looks as if 4 minutes Quick Release is the way to go for me. Thanks again.
