Every viet family has their own way of eating pho. And the noodles we use are flat but wider. Those noodles in the video are called banh pho.(I think). And my family uses it Hu Tieu instead. As a vietnamese, I don't really like eating pho. It's delicious but it's too oily for me. The noodles are already oiled. And the broth has oil in it. If I don't need to eat it. I won't eat it.
