Hi! I have a question that I hope, someone can answer.
You often use corn tortilla in your dinner. But how do you store them, when they are made?
I have to make corn tortilla for 5 people as a main dish, but how to I keep them; fresh, soft and warm? Without having to stay in the kitchen throughout the dinner.
Can I make the corn tortillas, perhaps earlier in the day, and then reheat them, somehow in the evening?
    Thanks!

Seeds dont contain the highest concentration of capsaicin. The white stuff they attach to is the place where the capsaicin glands are mostly located.

Was looking forward to watching this one as I couldn't when it dropped, and it didn't disappoint. Great use of an entire chicken, and really, really inspirational as for ideas. Thank you, Josh, and congratulations on the new addition.

yo, if u have skin on chicken thighs you should blanche the skin and then fry it skin side down in a pan with oil until its crispy and then transfer it to the oven to finish cooking it. its so easy and delicious

For the breasts if you don't have a suiv vie machine, dry or wet brine for 24 hours in fridge then cook in your instant pot on the racks with 1 cup of water or stock underneath. Pepper both sides then pressure cook on high for 10 minutes with a 4 minute cool down before pressure release. Let the meat rest well before cutting and you will have the juiciest chicken meat for your salad ever.

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy. I love cooking a lot, but the breaking down of chickens is always way to fast for me. I get nervous I will waste meat. Also I dont like bone in meat, it taste too iron filled. thankyou for these videos
