Hello Chef AJ, love your ideas and channel. You are truly an inspiration. I’m Indian so I wanted to tell you that we have a dish called pav bhaji, which is a vegetable stew eaten with bread. I make the wfpb version of it in the IP where I throw in chunks of cauliflower, potatoes, green bell pepper, carrots and peas and French beans with about half a cup water. Then you mash it a bit but leave some texture. Sauté some finely chopped onions, tomatoes, grated ginger garlic and chili powder and pav bhaji masala spice which you get at any Indian grocery. Mix in the mashed veggies and your yummy stew is ready. Enjoy with whole wheat bread or pita!

Aha! Insta pot=pressure cooker, not a crock pot. Now I know!! I need one. Pressure cookers are awesome. I cook exactly like this. Rarely ever use a recipe. I just make stuff up. If ya know what things work together it’s easy. Just like food art. It’s fun being creative with sos colors and flavors.
    Simple but great video.
I’ll have to look for an insta pot on my trip to the mainland.
    Aloha nui loa!

Chef AJ where is the weight loss group you formed ..I think in June. I had to wait till my finances cleared up before I could join it. All I see is the one where you coach and is almost 300 up front. The other was a monthly amount of 27.00 . I surely loved my free week I had. It helped me a whole lot. Need more help. Lol lol and you are so good at it. I did not know how to get you. Thanks

LOVE IT! Today for dinner, I cooked 3700 grams (12 pounds) of potatoes, and with about 1800 grams (4 pounds) of raw veggies, and some date-"hunny"-mustard to make a massive potato salad. It made a solid two GALLONS of food, all with about 3200 calories!!! 200 calories per pound, stuff-your-face-if-you-feel-like-it of deliciousness. My oil-addicted mother loved it, and took a break from mayonnaise;) That date-mustard…mmm!

Looks so good. I saw how easy that immersion blender makes things & just ordered one. Thank you for sharing this with us. Is it possible to cook a butternut and spaghetti squash in the Insta pot? I just bought one of those and I'm still learning.. thanks.
