I'm so glad the recipe videos are back! You are the best at presenting Japanese cuisine just as it is in Japan, but in a home cook friendly setting. Is the dashi powder in the recipe "hondashi"? (I'm not sure what it is called in Japan. In Korea this is the instant broth powder from Ajinomoto) Anyways my family always love your recipes. Thank you for your lovely videos.

Thank you for remaking the yaki udon video! I often followed your previous one since it's the one I cook the most and this is more clear.
Side question: has frozen udon become suddenly twice as expensive for you too?

Oh, this is perfect timing. I have some udon I need to use up and I have most of those ingredients, so it's a good dinner plan for tonight! Thanks Nami!
