I love doing this, it really is amazing how much you can get out of one chicken, and when you use your own grown veggies too you just can’t beat it. I’m doing a roast chicken tomorrow and will be making a curry, soup, pie and chicken salad with the leftovers. Your meals looked absolutely delicious Tim 😋

This is what is getting forgotten or not passed on…how to cook. Cook, good simple real food, that’s sustainable. Has a low carbon footprint and is amazing! Thank you a pleasure to watch as always.

I wish you guys would stop posting videos like this (grin!). I have work to do here. Also a carton of one-pound jars of Cod stew left over from last year.
    Cheers, Chris

I am really impressed at that. Mind you, I don't eat any land-based meat, and I might have a bit of difficulty digesting it, but I would trust that on your farm, everybody is fed properly, with no inflammatory ingredients. The one issue I would have with raising poultry is that I do not think I could kill an animal of any kind. A certain degree of unattached pragmatism would doubtless be helpful.

Oh my Tim! Is there anything that you can't do? All of the dishes look great. But that chicken and mushroom pastry dish looks extremely tasty!
