    Your turkey soup looks really good Jan! I did the same with my Thanksgiving chicken. I used all the dark meat for the soup and the carcass for stock, all the same veg and a good handful of those thin Bechtle German soup noodles. Homemade soup really hits the spot when the weather turns cold and rainy and snowy, love it 😋
