    One I'd like to try is a Dutch Apple Pie with a bit of sharp cheddar or Parmesan cheese mixed into the crumble for flavor (can use vegan cheese or nutritional yeast).

    One we used to make years ago — apples, blueberries and yogurt (can use plant-based), with some granola as crumble on top

    I have one question though: I once heard that the beans aren't save to consume after you used them for blind baking. Is that true? Do I have to throw them out afterwards?
