If you’re like me and have a pretty shitty blender and end up with left over ground up rice…make rice pudding. I had left over sweetened condensed milk too so I added some water to the ground rice, cooked it like I would regular rice but for a shorter amt of time since it cooks quicker, added sweetened condensed milk to the thickened mixture and it was the smoothest rice pudding I’ve ever had.

I had just made this and its definitely not the "perfect" its not bad though, (no hate) but I recommend Giselle Julieta's Horchata if your looking for a Mexican recipe.
I remember when i was first introduced to horchata. I was working at a pool and this family was having a mini party. They gave me some food and what, to me, looked like a glass of milk.
I was hesitant at first but when i did try it, oh man chefs kiss
