    Hello Sister’s!
How are you guys doing? What Mexican food restaurants can you recommend here in Colorado? I’m out here visiting from Phoenix, Az. I would love to know which ones y’all have gone to. My daughter and I will make this for “Father’s Day”, this will be a good breakfast! Thank you for all your wonderful recipes!!

Does the bottom pastry get fully cooked? I would think that the cheese and the moisture from the eggs it would be soggy.
Your turned out great and I’m going to try this when I have family visit.
    One dish wonder.

The last time I saw and used frozen puff pastry was 3-5 years ago (same exact brand/ it’s really good) and they were expensive 😬💵

Now in 2022: 🤷🏻‍♀️ Must be even MORE expensive 💰💰💰

WOW! Never worked with puff pastry but you make it look so easy. With this three day weekend I'm hoping to make this within that time! Thanx Steph & Cloud! Have a great memorial day weekend! ~ Kristen~

This looks soooooo good & easy to make. Can't wait to try it. 1. Where is the best place to find the chili oil you mentioned, if you don't mind me asking? 2. I tried your Poblano casserole & it went fast! Thank you for all the great recipes!
**You both should do a cook book!!!**
