My favorite burger! Never thought of using meatloaf (your recipe) and cresting from scratch is a pain. Sautéing onions. Grilling meat. Done right leaves kitchen in a mess. I do though use rye bread. I think it gives that special flavor. Thank you again for a winner. ❤️
That looked scrumptious. I have never understood why the butter/mayonaise is put on the outside and not the inside. First time I saw that I thought I had read it wrongly. Then again I normaslly toast bread under a grill, that would be a Broiler.
