I'm confused about the water temperature. If using egg white powder it says to use cold water to reconstitute but then to use hot water otherwise. Please clarify & thank you!
This looks simply excellent. I can't wait to get egg white powder from Amazon. Flatbreads are great but a proper (& easy) burger / sandwich bun is sorely missed.
Burger buns are always a great idea. I don't like burgers but I use them to make sandwiches like tuna & avocado.

Love your channel, but I am very concerned with your health. You obviously consume a large amounts of animal products that we know are so bad for your arteries.
Therefore, I adapt your recipes when I can to make them completely vegan. We all know that being vegan is the way to optimum health. I do not want to clog my arteries with all that terrible animal products. 🤮

Tried making exactly as written in recipe and shown in the video. I had to bake it for 40 minutes. Then cooled, as described, However, inside is too moist and gooey. Not good. I have no clue what went wrong and it happened several times when i cook your recipes. You never show how the inside behaves when pressed so i cannot compare.
When you say egg powder,can the egg replacer be used?
Can I using the brown flax seeds?
