    The best flourless fried chicken ive ever cooked is done in an air fryer. Take skin on chicken of choice, rinse, dry, ans season. I like to use ole bay, Italian garlic herb, salt. Place in air fryer and cook for 15 mins on 360°, turn over and cook for another 15 mins. lip smakin, south GA good ole fried chicken.. without the oil and flour.

    Nicely cooked chicken, love a good crispy skin on chicken thighs. Guess the parchment paper helps prevent oil splatter as well as the bottom of weighted pan?

    I fry mine like that all time and without the paper and pit untill crispy at end then I put bbq sauce on them for further 3 mints untill it's caramelises

    Looks good! Wish I could buy boneless skin-on chicken. I've never seen it around here (Ontario, Canada). The only thing I've seen is boneless AND skinless.
