    Question… I noticed that the pot has a metal insert…how is ur experience with that? does food stick to it? I have a similar pot but the coat is coming out so i can not use it any longer…looking for a replacement for the insert…thanks

    The steam from the tortillas seals the taquito shut when you place them seam down on the tray.
    I've been doing this for over 50 years. This works especially well when making 1000 taquitos ahead of time for fundraising.
    Also, quick note, when you're short on time, you can use canned beef in the 1 gln size, and add crumbled boiled potatoes and seasoning to make 100 taquitos.
