Made this yesterday , well kind of, hard to get skirt steak around here, have to drive 45 min away so cut up a chuck roast, used the same ingredients but put it on a charcoal grill, didn't make the fries, it's just the wife and I and she doesn't eat them, I made the quacamole the same way, found a habanero cheese so used that, not exactly like yours but delicious

To me itโ€™s perfect ๐Ÿ˜. Lol

I cant wait to try this recipe. I was wondering where you bought your tortillas? I usually have to buy them from from La Canastas if I want large tortillas that size.

Hey girl! So i have a request from something i saw in a short clip and now cant stop thinking about it! It was a homemade tortilla that was stuffed with cheese and then fried. After it came out of the fryer, it was then cut open and stuffed with toppings (meat and chunky salsa where the toppings I remember). Is there any way you can make a video on that? I specifically thought of asking you bc you make things very concise and easy to follow. Love your recipes! ๐Ÿ˜˜

Hmm, I'm not sure about the origin of this burrito. I've lived my whole life in the Los Angeles area and have never eaten a burrito like this with french fries. Maybe it's a regional specialty. Does anybody know?
