    I need help/advice!! If I buy masa that’s already been “prepared”, but it looks too white, and flavorless, can I add your chile puree and some broth?? Or will that ruin the dough?

    I. Made tamales for thanksgiving pork and chicken they came out delicious i ate all the pork i put the chicken tamales. put together Raw. In the freezer that way ill bring out a bag of frozen tamales about 2 dozen into the steamer that way they will be fresh i cook them for 1 hour and 15 minutes then shut off the heat removed the lid let it stand for 30 minutes. I made thick tamales i used about 2 corn husks l
    I like lots of masa and. Meat. All my friends ate some they like them

    Some people have a bowl of hot water to dip the spreading spoon in the spread the drying masa. Also, it’s turkey season;use turkey instead of chicken and sneak a little whole cranberry sauce in each tamale.
