What do i add for the flour for a gluten free substitute?
Interesting idea adding the dried cranberries! I'll have to try that. I definitely recommend baking the sweet potatoes instead of boiling them in water. The oils that release in the baking process adds so much to the flavor, and you lose that completely when you peel and boil. Thanks for sharing this!
I make this every year, except prefer to roast the sweet potatoes then scoop out or peel off the skins.

Potatoes and when they are baked the skins slip off easily and they have a roasted flavor.

I do like this the recipe I have made it I prefer the sweet potatoes baked not boiled this takes out all the sugars when baked the Flavour is in and taste a whole lot better

I did the recipe and I think it would be better if I baked the potatoes instead of boiling them. It had too much water stuck in the potatoes and it affected the final result. Just an advice! 😊

This is good but when I make it I omit the sugar, I find it too sweet , the topping is perfect even you dont put sugar in the mix
