ok just a lil edge to the ribs….you slide them under the broiler after they are tender and cooked and you put the sauce over them…you turn that broiler on med hi…dont go anywhere cause they take a minute but if you dont keep an eye on them they can end up burning…you dont walk away from anythng under a broiler….anyway you broil the ribs until the sauce you just put on begins to thicken and look almost like jam..it gets a nice transparency to it but slather more sauce…broil again..and right when you see the sauce turn to a beautiful color…dont touch the sauce from the ribs to taste it…that stuff is like Napon…once you touch it and find out its too hot wiping it off just spreads the sticky delicious lava..smh ask me how i know…you think i learn by now…mm mm..hope this helps and i cant have my ribs any other way BUT fallin off the bone..i love tender cooked means if i want a chew toy il go down to my ex mother in laws and stay for dinner theres bound to be somethin chewy and only a dog might like on her table on the daily…but tonight ….tender ribs..yum. and fireworks…be safe be kind be the change we want to see it this world by starting within yourself first.

Hey Ms T!!! We may not eat beef or pork… but wow.. those ribs look amazingness!! Love that dry rub, then the mustard rub as well!! That must really lock in the juice and flavors when cooking! Great video and thank you for sharing!! We hope that you're having an amazing week!! <3
