    Hi Mary
Just started to learn how to make chicken bone broth and came across your channel which I have managed to make a gelatinous broth.
May I know for storage, how many days can I keep the broth in the fridge for consumption?
Else, is it best to freeze it straight from day one?

I enjoyed your video and info so much. I started a chick broth pt tsmorning with one acknowledged and Ltd of veggies. It smells good in the kitchen. Then later today I looked at your video and learned so much more about using chicken feet, saving the fat for sautéing, and valuing the gelatinous product. So thanks again. I am already subscribed!! Your videos are so helpful! I also really appreciate the bonus info, such as why it's important to add an acid, health tips (like cruciferous vegetables being hard on the thyroid, I had no idea!), how to get the best flavor, and different options. Thank you so much for all the wisdom you provide!

I've been putting 2 tablespoons if chicken broth powder in mine along with turmeric powder for color, is that ok about the chicken broth powder? I feel like I'm cheating!

I do not have the capacity to store so much bone broth but I do make 1 carcass at a time. I had wondered why it was inconsistent. Turns out I was boiling it too hard. Thank you for helping me improve my bone broth.

I read on google that collagen from bone broth help with arthritis in the knees and help heal and prevent DDD. If I may ask how much do you drink every morning? My husband has both arthritis and DDD and I really want to start making this to help him as much as I can.

Thank you for your demonstration for chicken bone broth. I do agree that using garlic when cooking chicken does change the taste of the chicken. I really do not know why it does that but I learned early on to not add garlic when you are cooking chicken. According to taste you can add it on when it is ready to eat.

Hi Mary, I love doing this at Thanksgiving with the turkey carcass, and it makes the tastiest stew. I haven't used the chicken feet before so I'll have to give it a try! Also, you sound just like my Grandma did, and that makes me very happy 🙂 She was from the East Coast too. She lived in Brooklyn with my Dad when he was growing up, but not sure where she lived before that.

Watch your video on a cold & windy March day. Sounds so yummy! I learned a lot from you today. I had always made a soup from my roasted chicken carcass, but had no idea how low the heat should be for simmering bone broth. Also like the idea of chicken feet to increase the gelatin. Thanks so much for the great tips!

Hi Mary! I enjoyed your demonstration on making bone broth. I thought chicken fat wasn’t health for anyone. Especially for those people with a tendency to have high cholesterol. What are the benefits of the chicken fat gel?
