fast and easy recipe! If you don't have tomatoe bullion you can just add more chicken bullion. I do it all the time w/o issue. Or you can add a tablespoon of tomato paste if you want more of that flavor vs. the Tom. Bull.

I did mine EXACTLY the way you did it. All ingredients, med low, that size of a pot, 20 min, 5 to 10min cool.
    And it came out smushy.

Do I need a silver one like yours??
    Idk what I did wrong.

OK so I tried making this recipe I double down out of everything cause I was making double the rice and it came out really mushy almost like a porridge so I threw that away and start all over again but with way less water 2 cups of rice with One cup of water and the tomatoes made up another cup of water and it came out better but a little salty so I would use less chicken bullion unless tomato bouillon

Just an FYI it's not pronounced "Bully-yon" it's pronounced "Boo-yon". And also, thanks for the recipe! I'm making it tomorrow, hopefully it comes out the same. Lol

Love both Spanish and Mexican rice. This, I would call Mexican though, not Spanish. While similar, the authentic Spanish versions I've seen have saffron which this does not. Not picking, especially since I prefer this Mexican variation. Thanks for your channel!
