This was the worst food I have ever cooked. Seeds took forever to remove, the skin split in the pot, took a huge effort to get it out.. the strands had a strange crunchy texture. I will never make this again. Such a mess. I'll stick with real pastas.

After the squash is done is it still crunchy? I made it once and it was crunchy which I did not like.
I love spaghetti squash. But I think the taste would be smothered by the cheese. That’s just my opinion.
Enjoy your videos. I don't cut or even pierce mine. I just put it in, add 1 1/2 cup of water and cook on high for 21 min with Quick Release!!!
Looks yummy. I will have to try this. Am new to the instant pot. Got one for Christmas. But only used it 2x. Made chicken soup. Was delicious. Thats all I made. Lol. Thank you for sharing.
