Crumble them to the consistency of cooked ground beef when they are dehydrated. Rehydrate. Then squeeze out some water and cook them in a pan with your favorite taco seasoning. Makes great taco and enchilada filling.😋

I love soy curls! For more flavor soak in seasoned water or broth. I’m planning to make them with pepper and onions like a beef pepper steak. Going to flavor with vegan Better Than Bouillon beef flavored.

Oh yum! Soy curls are delicious and fun. I like to soak them in veggie broth with poultry seasoning and liquid smoke. I’ve used them for barbecue sandwiches, in soups, stir fries but not the air fryer. Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll definitely be trying that next time

I like to season the water that the soy curls soak in—it helps add flavour. I have used them in many dishes such as fajitas, white “chicken” chilli, and yes, a “pulled pork” barbecue sandwich. For the last item I used Jill McKeever’s recipe. It’s done in an Instant Pot and is incredibly easy.

They are wonderful. And its cheaper to buy them directly from Butler even with the shipping charge. They are fantastic in a vegan pot pie and as vegan chicken soup. Also with ramen Stir fry or ramen noodle soup. And don't forget a vegan chicken salad for sandwiches. Have fun with them!
