I remember Mama used to make snow cream when I was young. I think that she used condensed milk with hers. This reminds me of Ice Milk, do you remember when they used to sell that by the ice cream? My Mamaw used to buy that all the time.
Let me tell you we have 8 inches and the freezing rain now. Terry made 2 passed with the snow blower and it died. He's cold wet and we are covered in white!! Don't eat yellow snow 🌨️❄️
We got snow here in the University area it’s so pretty on the ground so far we have not loss power bye how about those mountains 12 inches I can’t imagine that much love your channel
Never heard of snow cream. My dad used to make ice cream with an old crank IC maker and rock salt outside the inner bowl. Don't get much snow here usually, but could have made snow cream before New Years.
Yes I definitely no what snow cream I remember my dad made his with sugar and pet milk u brought back somany memories but that memory was a good one and yes I love snow it snowed here in Memphis but it's going away now I was hoping it stayed thanks for the video lol started to catch a plane and come and get some of URS ihear David he waiting on the cream I can't blame him I'm right with him ur doing a fantastic job on your channel keep up all the great work and things ur doing on ur channel take care y'all hello to u and all the family lol tell David to save some for me don't forget the little bearded dragon 🐉 God blesses us all!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was fun to watch and I'm glad you got your snow just sorry you can't taste it! In the north we had one more qualification when we were kids… No yellow snow 😄
Very interesting! I've never had nor heard of snow cream, which may seem odd since I live in New England where we get snow all the time. Maybe it's specialized to places that don't get snow that often and aren't sick of it? lol
We kids would grab a mug run outside and go to town on it lol we used evaporated milk, vanilla and sugar, we also had to wait till we had a good layer on the ground then we would gather supposedly so the snow was more pure
Yay! So glad you got your snow. We got 3 inches and then it turned to sleet. That is the good news that it’s not freezing rain so maybe we won’t lose our electricity. . When the kids were little, I took the shortcut making snow cream and used sweetened condensed milk. You do sound better.
Only getting rain in my part of NC. Just looked at the radar and it is just greens , red and yellow. But I did hear we are expecting the real thing this coming Friday pm. Hope not though, my daughter has to work that night. 🙁
That looks yummy!! I live in southern Arizona and we get snow maybe once every couple of years so I don’t think I will be trying this😢but I’m glad you got your snow. Be safe!!
Looks so good. It’s probably been at least 40 years since I had some. I grew up on snow cream. Our snow was usually heavy like yours. Glad you are on the mend and can have some soon. 🙏💕
Kim, you've had more snow than me this year! LOL I haven't even had enough for a bowl full! LOLOL

Sounds delicious but I never heard of that
I know you don't have Covid but when I did I lost all taste and smell. I remember snow cream, we just don't get enough snow anymore.

I’ve lived in Colorado all my life and have never heard of snow cream before. What a treat that is!
Surely a heaven sent treat from your relatives from above and beyond.
Did his mom make it when he was a child I wonder?
So fun! I recognize that mask hanging on the cabinet!
