Ingredients for simple bone broth You can use your leftover bones Like, I’m doing in this video or you can buy fresh bones from your local meat market
If you buy fresh bones make sure, it’s organic grass feed meat. Wash and pre boil the bones for about 20 minutes. Throw that water away, rinse the bones and then start putting your bone ingredients of choice.
Suggested ingredients Turmeric or apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Bay leaves Thyme Cilantro Celery sticks Carrots One small onion cut up Couple pieces of garlic About one tablespoon of sea salt One teaspoon of black pepper
Fill the pot with water well above the ingredients Boil for about 3 to 4 hours, check after 3 hours. If looks done turn the stove off and let cool. (You don’t want to boil down too low reducing your broth amount.)
Then strain and enjoy or bottle for later And place in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days Or freeze for longer period
