Whether it’s Art, Desi or Rose, the recipe prints out with the ingredients side-by-side with the instructions. That detail allows me to follow the steps so easily. I value that as a timesaver..
Since you are so good at responding, one question… would you estimate that large head of cauliflower that you grated, was 16 to 20 ounces? I’m trying to calculate using a 12 ounce bag of frozen and downsize the liquids. Yes I know, I would go for the grated first, but sometimes I don’t have it!
