Love it. I use it to prep my chicken for the week so i can handle forcing down chicken breast everyday lol. Is the slow cooker necessary? When i make osso bucco the pork shanks literally melt and my family does it on a huge pot slow cooked all day. Could i do this with a pot on a super low heat?
What would you suggest if you do not have a pressure cooker?

I always make my own chicken stock… I despise the store bought kinds… They all have a bad after taste in my opinion… And this is another great way to make chicken stock instead of using the bones and other scraps of the chicken… Using chicken thighs will add much more flavor to the stock… Can't go wrong with shredded chicken and a good stock… A 2 for 1 deal😎… And of course our favorite Braggs Apple cider vinegar lol… A job well done Anita😉👍👍
