    Ingredients:
    – Rajma: 1 heaped cup
    – Salt to taste
    – Mustard Oil: 2-3 tbsp
    – Cumin: 1 tsp
    – Bay Leaf: 1-2 pc
    – Badi Elaichi: 1pc
    – Onion Puree: Of 2-3 medium onions
    – Ginger: 1 tbsp
    – Garlic: 1 tbsp
    – Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
    – Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 2 tsp
    – Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
    – Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
    – Tomato Puree: 1 cup
    – Green Chilli: 2-3 pcs
    – Kasuri Methi: 1 tsp
    – Amchur: 1/2 tsp
    – Handful Coriander Leaves

    Recipe:
    1. Wash and soak rajma for 4-12 hours.

    2. Boil it in a pressure cooker with some salt for 2 whistles on high flame and 3 whistles on medium flame OR till boiled perfectly.

    3. Take a kadai, add mustard oil, cumin, bay leaf and badi elaichi. Once it starts to splatter, add onion puree. Cook till golden brown.

    4. Add ginger, garlic and saute till aromatic. Add a splash of water along with coriander powder, kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Let it cook properly.

    5. Add tomato puree, salt and green chilli. Cook for 10-15 mins or till oil rises.

    6. Add the boiled rajma to the tadka. Mix well, add kasuri methi, amchur and coriander leaves. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Serve and enjoy!
