I made this over the weekend. Didn't see this video until afterwards. This Pho is amazing and once you get all of the ingredients, its very SIMPLE. One thing I see wrong is the cilantro. The recipe on another site says use the cilantro STEMS only which is what I did. It shouldn't make much of a difference tho… Thanks for posting this!
