This was SUPPOSE to be a BEEF recipe!!!
You gotta be kidding, this is only a pork stew, not the real carnitas at all! Shame on you!!!!
Then substitute the Pork with beef, lamb, camel, ox, horse, dog, or what ever kind of meat you like, that is common in your culture to eat. However, I don't think Horse or Dog would taste good.
