Tried this with the Cup4Cup brand flour had to use a lot less than the suggested weight in grams from the recipe but the dough came out pillowy and crunchy on outside with added cornmeal and garlic powder used when rolling. Great munchie super easy, thanks for the recipe!

Good gluten free vegan recipes are so hard to find! Thanks so much for trying to address this and give us some reliable ideas.

It’s sometimes expensive to eat with this mixture of dietary needs, so having someone knowledgeable experiment and find what works for us is massively helpful.

More GF vegan baking recipes please! 👏
    Thank you 🙂

Does anyone else get any kind of bad reaction to xanthan gum? I’m lactose intolerant and found out that xanthan gum is created directly with lactose waste. There should be a warning lable for it. An excerpt from wiki:

‘A strain of X. campestris has been developed that will grow on lactose – which allows it to be used to process whey, a waste product of cheese production. This can produce 30 g/L of xanthan gum for every 40 g/L of whey powder. Whey-derived xanthan gum is commonly used in many commercial products, such as shampoos and salad dressings.[15]’
my apologies for the long comment, I just want to raise awareness ❤️🙏
