Interesting recipe. I stuff my chiles with cheese and roasted garlic only, and I roast the jalapeños for the salsa to make it a bit spicy. I will definitely try the way you make it!

Can you use cornstarch to coat chilis before egg and then again with adding it into the egg mixture, for gluten free?
