After using it on my Rainbow Rocky Road video, a bunch of you asked me how to make Caramel Popcorn. Well the time is NOW! Here is my recipe for the stuff.

A really good recipe, such a relief that some recepies on YouTube actually work. At first I tried to make caramelised popcorn with a 5 minute craft "hack", it said to melt caramel candy in a pan and pop the popcorn in it. I spent 3 hours trying to scrub the burned caramel off the pan… 😂And I did everything exactly as it said in the video!😡

i eyeballed the ingredients but it still ended up perfect! one thing i did was to make sure the water to sugar ratio was exactly the same
I tired the recipe but ended up burning them and tasted bitter, my sister doesn't like the recipe may I know why?

90 grams popcorn 🇺🇲 about 3/4 cup
1 tsp st
100 ml water. 🇺🇲 Just a little under 1/2 cup. (0.423 cups to be exact)
210 grams sugar. 🇺🇲 About 1 cup (1.05 cups to be exact)
1tbsb butter

The sugar I use is brown… So there's no indicator that the caramel is done xD

I've seen on YouTube a video from an US diner which made caramel popcorn really simply, ring of oil in pan and ring of sugar at the same time, corn over it, put immediately a metal bowl over it, when you remove the bowl it's a perfect blob of caramel popcorn
