This is probably the best looking recipe I have seen so far because I don’t like the other ingredients other people are using. I do have one suggestion though. You put Bay leaves in there but said Basil leaves and the written recipe says basil too. I think you meant Bay leaves. But anyway, looks delicious and I’m going to make this for dinner tonight. 🙂
That is way too much oil i bet those oxtails were greasy
